Dr. Robert F. Dowell is an author, instructor and the Senior Pastor and founder of the New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton, OK. There he teaches people to discover, pursue, and fulfill their God given destinies. He also teaches people through the Word of God how to obtain success and how to strive for excellence in their lives. Through training and coaching Dr. Dowell helps believers Live Better, Do Better and release the Brilliance that is in them. Dr. Dowell’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Cameron University, a Masters Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, a Masters and Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Theology from the Andersonville Baptist Seminary. Dr. Dowell is married to First Lady Alicia who is the Executive Pastor; they are the proud parents of five sons, and two grandchildren. Pastor Dowell has been blessed with a special anointing in teaching God’s Word. His teachings are dynamic, understandable, and applicable to every day living. He is a Pastor that is not only in authority, but he is also submitted to authority. His life and ministry are submitted and accountable first to God, then to the leadership of Covenant Connection International founded by the late Apostle Nathaniel Holcomb of Christian House of Prayer Ministries in Killeen, Texas.
